All prices on the website are listed and charged in Canadian dollars. The price you will be charged will be determined by the exchange rate on the date the order is processed.

shipping/delivery

Stoned Originals ships anywhere in the world. If the item is in stock, shipping within Canada is generally 3 to 4 business days. If it is a custom piece or one that requires an alteration, it may take a bit longer. Let us know if the delivery date is time-sensitive and we will try to expedite the order. Just enter details in the ’comments’ box on the checkout page.

For U.S. orders, shipping is generally 3 to 5 business days depending on the points listed above and barring any border delays.

Please note that shipments during the December holiday season, may take longer to process. Allow extra time for delivery.

Shipping rates are determined as follows: maximum number of jewelry items per box is 10. Maximum number of decorative jewelry boxes is 2 per box. Within Toronto, the shipping fee is $12 per shipping box. For the rest of Canada, the shipping fee is $18 per box. To the U.S., the shipping fee is $30 per box. For international orders please contact us to inquire about the standard rate to your area. If possible, let us know the items you will be ordering so that we can give you the exact fee.

Orders sent to addresses outside Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes, but they may be subject to your country’s customs fees or import duties. These fees are always the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

return policy

When we receive the returned item we will send you a code that can be used for your future credit. It will entitle you to use that credit toward another purchase for a period of 1 year.

All items returned must be in their original packaging and be in undamaged condition. They must be sent to us through an insured method such as Xpress Post in Canada, or registered mail in the U.S. and accompanied by a tracking number; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please note that you will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs when returning an item.

We hope you will be happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not, the Company's sole maximum liability will not be more than to issue you a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price (not including shipping and handling charges) as per our standard cancellation and/or return policies.
