Welcome to Terri Michael Stoned Originals, a proud Canadian company, offering
haute couture jewelry at affordable prices. Jewelry is the final piece of the puzzle
when it comes to dressing - it’s what pulls an outfit together. We put a lot of
care and attention into the creation of our jewelry so you’ll look and feel terrific,
and you’ll know that you’re greeting your day in style!
Most of the jewelry is hand-crafted in the Toronto area using an array of gems from around the world including semi-precious stones, freshwater and shell pearls, and Swarovski crystals. Our components are comprised mostly of sterling silver, platinum over sterling, gold plate and gold vermeil. Stoned Originals takes great care to create jewelry that is not only beautiful, but durable as well; wire-wrapping is done by hand to ensure strength. You’ll find that the workmanship is outstanding - quality and value are the cornerstones of our business. And every item comes with a gift box. Terri Michael has been designing custom pieces of jewelry for friends and family
since the 70s, right around the time she began her broadcasting career. She is
a well-known journalist, radio host and TV personality. While still living in
her hometown of Montreal, Terri became the first woman in Canada to host a radio
morning show. She also created, wrote and hosted the most successful feature in
radio syndication history, "Canadian Living." It ran on over 120 radio stations
for 11 years!
Terri has MC’d countless public and fashion events over the years, and her TV work includes stints on MSNBC and OMNI Television. She currently hosts "Famous Faces" on The Biography Channel. For more on Terri’s broadcasting career check out the Terri Michael site. When Terri retired from radio, she knew the time had come to take her jewelry-making to the next level. In 2006, the Terri Michael Stoned Originals website was launched. Since then Stoned Originals has been featured on TV and Radio as well as on the pages of FASHION, Chatelaine, FQ Magazine, Wedding Bells, the Toronto Star, the National Post, the Financial Post, and many others.
